MSW began as a single man operation in 1959. Ray "Mac" McCoy manufactured upholstered booths from a small garage at his home near Joplin, Missouri. In 1975, Ray's son Curt began to run the daily operations of the business along with his friend John Stark.

Curt and John have lead MSW through many years of growth and expansion, and developed MSW's focus to serve growing multi-unit restaurants. Although MSW may have humble beginnings, today state of the art machinery is used along with skilled craftsmanship to build some of the finest commercial grade furnishings available.
